a. Personal Data (or Personal Information) is any information about a person by which he or she can be identified (“Personal Data”). It does not include data that does not contain information about your identity (anonymous data).

2. How and what personal information we collect

a. Site Viewing

If you sign up for our newsletter or to receive any promotional emails, we keep your name and email address and contact you by email.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by following the instructions in these emails. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account.
c. Creating a user account
i. When you create a free user account on our site (“account”), in addition to the information set forth in Item 2(a) above, we also store the following information about you: name, date of birth, email address, username, country and IP address, favorite game.
ii. If you choose to “Register via Facebook,” the information you share with us may include basic information available on your Facebook profile (including your email address, status updates, and list of your contacts). We will not receive any other information from Facebook other than your registration information. Facebook will be able to tell you more about how they use and process your information whenever you contact us through their website.
d. Contacting our support team

Cookies

Analytics
The site also uses analytics. i. Google Analytics

2. If you do not want your data to be stored and used by Matomo, you can disable cookies by contacting us. If you delete cookies, Matomo’s opt-out cookie file will also be deleted. Then, when you come to our site, you will need to activate the opt-out again. 7. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

b. Account registration is not available to children and visitors under the age of 18 (or the minimum age set by the relevant jurisdiction). In accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Site does not knowingly record, maintain or disclose any personal information regarding children and visitors under the age of 18 (or under the minimum age set by the relevant jurisdiction).
c. After registering your account, you can place a request to deactivate or delete your account at any time. Please note that we will save the registered information in our secure archive for statistical and analysis purposes. For more information, see Item 11 below (Data Retention).
11. Saving data
a. You may ask us to delete your information and close your user account. In this case, we will immediately delete all information except for that which we may be required by law to retain.
b. In some cases, we may anonymize your Personal Information (so that it is no longer linked to your identity) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use the data without time limitation without further notice to you.
